Anybody have any ideas why when the speed reach about 50mph, a mild medium pitch note comes on and then dissipated past that speed. There are no vibrations on the steering though. I'm going to bring in the car for them to look at the tires if they needed to be replaced tomorrow. I hope it's just the tires and not something else. Please feel free to comment if you guys know of anything.

center drive shaft bearing. good for thousands more miles.

I have 120000 miles now. Are you suggesting that I should be replacing the center drive shaft bearing?

first confirm that's the culprit; anyhow, a slight whine is just the onset, and can still last a long time.
It's just a support bearing.
