Navi DVD issue

Navi DVD issue
Hi Guys:
I have just got a 2005 S430 4Matic which came with the 2008 Navi DVD (BQ 6 46 0232 Version 7) which worked perfectly well.
I decided (silly me) to upgrade to the 2015 DVD (BQ6 46 0338 Version 15).
In loading the DVD I got the "Wrong DVD" message.
My supplier told me that I also needed the Software Service Update for the Navi Unit (W211 589 15 22 00) which he sent me.
In loading this DVD it started with "Loading Software" but the progress bar would not progress. It then flipped to the "Destination Memory" screen.
I reloaded the 2015 map DVD and still get "Wrong DVD", I also tried to reload my original 2008 DVD which now also says "Wrong DVD". So now I have no navigation.
Am I missing something here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thx
