Exclamation Restr. Sys. Defect Srs Visit Workshop

Was just out in the S55 and after about 1 hour of driving, there was a message on the dashboard screen in red writing.

Im guessing there is a fault in the airbag system, going to book the car in straight away.

Anyone else had this issue?

I had the same problem on our E (sorry no S YET..haha) 8 hours after we picked it up. It was so shockingly crazy that I went ballistic on our salesman who thought we had screwed around with it...

The problem was sorted. It was a failure in the passenger airbag.

Mine is out of warranty. Also, now the "soft closed" on the driver side not working. I remove the fuse (20A) and then put it back in, the "soft door" on the driver side work. Then later not work. Tired of keep on removing the 20A fuse.

Can some one tell me how to fix these 2 problems ....Thanks!
