what does the reley located in the rear fuse section back seat control

Well the Make and model is 2002 S430 AMG. And the reason is the car is not starting. Because the Fuse box beneath the seat has previous been wet. So I figure to start their with new fuses.

You need a new rear SAM not just new fuses
