Shout out to James at www.mbcluster.com

Let me first start by saying that I am not affiliated with the above website but just a happy customer with their services. I just had my cluster checked and did a face swap by James atwww.mbcluster.com Can't find any words on how pleased I am with him. Great guy, superb service and very reasonable prices!! Respond time is excellent as well. He does work on W220 clusters that have the well known light issue and gives out a bunch of options on the light replacements. He also has a you tube chanel where he shows all the steps involved on what he does. Once again, thank you James for the great work!!

Hi John,

I am sorry for not updating yet. Had the cluster out and had send it to James for a check and a face swap. ( he did excellent work by the way )
Once I got the cluster back and was able to drive the car, sometime last week I replaced both front shocks with New MB Reman ones. The ride changed noticeably and the suspension is acting like it should via the sport 1 and sport 2. I do need to get an alignment done as well and when I do that, I will reset the ride to the correct height since it is lower now. With that being said I suspect that the damping on one of the front ones was compromised
