Steering wheel play and sidelight bulb change.
Hi,
My car is a 2005 W220 S500 and driving it today on the motorway I noticed some free play in the steering wheel in the straight ahead position, there is probably about an inch or so of movement in the steering wheel when switching directions, there is no obvious noises coming from anywhere. The car has done 88k miles. Is this how they normally are or does it need attention?
Also, the NSF sidelight bulb has gone, are these bulbs easy to change by yourself?
Another funny thing, when I bought the car I had a fault with the rear AC, one of the centre air vents always blew warm air even on the coldest setting but now all of a sudden it's started working!!! Plenty cold air from all vents!!! I like a car that mends itself lol!!!
