Any tips for fitting new sidelight bulbs?

Hi everybody
I need to replace the NSF sidelight on my 2005 W220 S500. I've seen where the bulb is but I am really struggling to squeeze my big hand down there to change it!!! Is there an easier way to access it? My car has ABC suspension which seems to have some additional under bonnet piping in that area. Cheers for any help!!!

When you say "side light bulbs" are you talking about the marker lights?

It's the parking/sidelights, the small 5w bulb next to the main beam bulb in the headlight cluster. We don't have the side marker lights in the UK. Cheers!!!
