I am assuming that by "vacuum pump" you mean the PSE (Pneumatic Service Equipment) pump, which generates both vacuum and pressure.
The fuse is behind the right rear floor light (behind the right rear passengers heels). Find the light, pull the top of the light housing out, and lift the light housing away from the seat - there is no need to unplug the light. The PSE fuse is the yellow 20-Amp fuse on the end nearer the center of the car.
