HELPPPP! Emergency

Was driving my car today normally, left it parked and when I came outside the rear was sagging all was almost touching the ground.
When I turned the car on the pump works and tries to lift the car up but as soon as it goes up it starts leaking. I can hear air coming out from the right rear only.
Would this be a minor or major repair ?
approximately how long to fix?
Also would you recommend taking it to a shop or doing it myself?

Car- Mercedes s430 2002, airmatic

I had this happen recently. One or more of the rear shocks is bad. Replacements(I used Arnott Remans from buyautoparts on eBay) are not hard to find and are reasonably priced. If you have a lift or access to one you can do this job.

If the car is where you will be repairing it, this is a relatively easy DIY repair. There are literally dozens of threads on this and other forums on replacing Airmatic struts, including several with step-by-step instructions and photos.

Most folks here suggest using a replacement strut from Arnott - if you are in the USA. (It always helps to give as much info as possible when asking for help. In this case, Arnott struts are usually readily available in the USA, not so much in other countries.)
