Rear heater CANBUS help needed
Hello everyone,
As some of you may remember Im working on an old kit car.
Given its a super small car, I need super small parts for it. I was able to nab the complete rear heater system from an (W220) S600 off of ebay, but this is a CANBUS system, so I need the canbus logs for the rear heater. Im told I need the logs for turn heat on/off, ac on and off, ignition on and off, headlights on and off etc. Im told it only needs to be recorded from the OBD2 port. Could I pose a request for help on this?
Once I have the data, then Ill have to program a rasberry pi or arduino to act as a surrogate CANBUS for the heater controller.
Its doable, I just need help. I dont own a 00-06 S600. LOL
