W220 Rear Brake pads

I did the front brake pads and I thought the rear would be as easy as the front however there is no guide pin? Is there a video out there how to replace the pads ? 06 W220 S500 I need a clear explanation I see there’s an 18mm that’s really difficult to come across and then a torx but I don’t have the proper size can someone give me some Info or a how to?

When I did the rear brakes on my S600, they were easy. I don't recall any tricks needed, nor any unusual procedures.

I did them in conjunction with all new rotors (Genuine MB) and pads (Akebono). I don't remember anything hard - and I think it had roll pins? Mine is a 2005, post-facelift, so it should be similar to yours, but it's been a couple of years, so I don't recall.

Perhaps you could post a quick picture?
