CD Changer Prob. 'Magazine Empty'

CD Changer Prob. 'Magazine Empty'
Hey Guys,
On the way back from Vegas the other day, I switched over to CD and all that showed on the screen was 'Magazine Empty'. Of course it wasn't.
I did the normal stuff, on/off/on/off/on/off. Magazine in/out/in/out/in/out. CDs in/out/in/out/in/out. You get the picture.
Anyway, I read some posts for other models, but has anyone had this problem with an S? I have a 2000 S430.
I guess I need to reset the changer, but I have to pull out the changer, amp, and a couple of other things back there in the truck to do so.
If anyone knows... Please let me in on the secret.

Yeah it's happened to me a few times on my 01'S500 all I did to correct it was to pull over open the trunk and manualy remove + reload the cd magazine, It seems to be a temporary fix till the next time...Hope this helps

i was just about to start taking stuff out, then decided on the old 'Tap on the magazine while it is loading trick' and it seems to work.
i still sometimes lose the track i was on when i stop/start the car, but whatever. i work from home and don't drive much anyway.
just had to have the new Jay-Z song, 99 Problems, in there.
