thanks for the response and sorry for the delay....
yes, the car starts, drives and runs. I just bought the car as is as project car. the major problems are electrical issues... the radio has no power, remote has new battery but doesn't work for unlocking/locking doors, nor opening the trunk. center console buttons don't work at all. window buttons they DO work. sunroof button seems to be working but sunroof itself seems stuck, it barely moves a bit. I think that's it so far. I haven't had a chance to play with the fuses/relays yet. I was thinking just to take it to get it scan to save time.
Thanks for the help.

First thing to try:
Find the right rear floor lamp (behind the passenger's heels). Pull the top outward, then pull the lamp from the wall. No need to unplug it.
Look on the row of fuses on the end nearer the center of the car and find the yellow 20-Amp fuse. Remove it.
If it is blown replace it. If it is okay, then reinsert it. You have just rebooted the computer controlling the PSE (Pneumatic Service Equipment).
Test the door and trunk locks. Note any that operate slowly or not at all - those may have a leaking/broken pneumatic actuator.
If the fuse is blown, or if nothing works, the PSE pump in the forward right corner of the trunk may be faulty.
