if you try a new battery and that doesn't fix it ,
you probably shorted somethings out when you replaced the coil pack - did you disconnect the battery before Starting the replacement job ? Always disconnect battery when working on electrical system
of these cars
most likely your main fuse under passenger seat floor blew
here is where it's located

also check fuse f78 , depending on the year of your car it may be on the side of the dash panel accessed when you open the passenger door , or in the passenger side engine compartment fuse box
there are pictures and details here

The main source of water intrusion is the HVAC plenum under the hood at the right rear corner of the engine compartment. Use a good light to look down at the outside forward corner and make certain that the drain is lean and clear. Remember that even under the hood, the right side is always defined from the viewpoint of a seated driver - in other words, the right headlamp is still the right headlamp even if it is on your left as you face the car.
If there are signs of water intrusion under the floor even though the plenum drain is clean and clear, and you haven't left a window open, sunroof drain problems are another possibility.
