Where to lift with floor jack?

I need to switch wheels on my car, and am wondering if it is ok to use a floor jack, and if so where are the best places to locate the jack.
Thanks

Under each side / side skirt area you will see a black rubber pad both front and rear side. Put the jack right over those pads if your floor jack has a small enough head.

There's also a jack pad under the engine, in the center. It sticks out through the encapsulation panel.
