2001 S430 Coolant and Oil bust everywhere!! HELP!!!

2001 S430 Coolant and Oil bust everywhere!! HELP!!!
I just bought a S430 and on the way home i found out it was in Limp mode I reset it, went back into limp mode, so i still drove it going down highway at like 60 or 65 check coolant light came on, then cooling fan, next thing you know "Boom" something went bang up under and Coolant amd Oil is everywhere and started smoking and car shut offs. I wasnt able to check anything cause it was dark, next day i find oil or transmission pan pieces under car and when i go to start You can feel and hear something clanging and bang as i I turn the key. Im wanting to repair myself but limited to funds what direction should i take on fixing and/repairing It has 280k
