Microphone isn't working only with bluetooth calls

Cool Microphone isn't working only with bluetooth calls
As the title alludes to, the microphone isn't working only when I make bluetooth calls. Otherwise, when I use the Voice Command, the microphone is working.

BTW, I have just recently setup the bluetooth in this MY '03 S430. I am able to hear the voice on the other end of the line but they can't hear me.

I had it version coded.
Is there something in the STAR programming specifically for programming the bluetooth to work with the microphone?
