Battery died locked out of trunk
I already tried jumping the starter below the passenger side floor panel and won’t charge due to a possible cross wire or something that’s draining the battery

If the trunk release isn’t working when power is applied under the floor you pull the plastic surround under the rear license plate to pop the trunk
most likely what has happened is you blew the main fuse under the carpet where you are trying to jump start it

Since you may have blown the main fuse, make sure that you are on the battery side of the fuse when you are trying to charge the battery, and not the load side. If this works, check the fuse and replace as necessary.

you don’t jump start from under the floor you just apply power there under the floor so you can hit the trunk release .
