2000 s430 suspension is very stiff after replacing front struts. Can’t jounce front or rear of car. Any ideas?

Did nothing to rear suspension just replaced front struts with Chinese,car has 160,000 miles, can’t jounce front or rear suspension by hand. Suspension lifts and settles fine, seems a tad high but real stiff
