No power coming to airmatic compressor

I have a 2001 S500, I have tested everything and the compressor is still not getting power, I have ran power straight to the compressor and it kicks on fuses and relays seem good. Anyone got a solution

Did you find out what is the problem for the compressor not getting any power?

The airmatic relay is the common failure item

I checked the relay and fuses and it's all good. I place a jumper (paper clip) on the relay socket and the compressor turns on. Do you think it's the pressure sensor on the valve block causing the problems?

Quick and easy to test - once you get to it. Pull off the connection, and check for continuity across the sensor connections.

if a jumper on the relay socket will start the compressir but just using the relay is not working, then the relay is not good. Again, these airmatic relays fail all the time, get a new one.they are $10 Yes, it’s possible that something is not triggering the relay to activate,
but it’s almost always always the relay itself that’s bad

I don’t know how you tested the relay but just because you hear it click does not mean it’s good internally it could be dead

I installed a new relay and still the compressor is not turning on.
