I just scored some lights

I was just at the junkyard today for something else, and spotted another 01 in the yard. It had been mostly untouched and the HID lights were still there and in almost perfect condition.
I pulled both lights, the entire intact sub-harness, and the controller.

Is it as simple as just putting it all in mine and it will work?
Are the light power wires the same at the light? Or do I have to rewire it and go grab pigtails from the junkyard car?

How about the ballast ? Does the lights come with the ballast ? it should locate at under the headlights. you will need it to light up the HID bulb.

So a bit of an update. I found time to put them in my car. They seem to work okay without the controller and harness installed, but are a bit low.
I'll have to get all the wires ran for it probably this weekend. Both bulbs are at end of life, one fails to start sometimes and is a weird pink color, and one fails to start almost always, but once they're both going, I drove it about an hour with no issues. No idea what the previous lad was doing with two completely different bulbs.

Has anyone tried using something kind of like fish tape in the conduits under the carpet of the car? I'm not too excited about pulling both seats and center console to run the canbus wires. Obviously a steel fish tape would trash the wiring, but I'm thinking something like weed trimmer line may work if I can get a long straight piece. I'm still pretty sure I'll be pulling the passenger seat regardless though
