M137 engine woes

I have an 01 CL600.. I know I know.. not a 220, but close enough and there are many more S600's around than CL's.
The engine idles fine and I have gone through everything I can think of but I still have no power when trying to drive. It can hardly get out of its own way.
I have no misfire codes, no vacuum leaks, swapped MAF, tested the throttle actuator, exhaust has been removed to eliminate plugged cats..
Hopefully someone that is familiar with these M137s might have some insight. Ill attach a picture of the actual values at idle. You can see the injection time is way high as well as the maf reading and throttle angle. MAP tests good as well.. Im just lost as to what could be going on..

rent coils and voltage transformer from v12icpack.com to troubleshoot and rule out those parts

I know that you said the MAP tested fine, but your MAP readings are way off. If the engine thinks that you've got all that extra air, it's going to pulse the injectors longer...right?

That looks a lot like a vacuum leak to me...

I am confident that the coil packs are in good working shape and the transformer was sent in to be tested already.
I had swapped out the MAF with another one and get the exact same issues and values. I have smoke tested the intake tract and have repaired all vacuum leaks already.
I just cant seem to pin point which problem is bringing about the rest of them
