Locked and Jammed Trunk ?!?
Ok, my remote works but has no effect on the doors or trunk locks...then my hard key will not slide completely up into the trunk cylinder to open it manually.
So what do I do? Wondering how to reset remote?
Any suggestions?

The remote uses the button cell battery inside the housing to operate the remote lock/unlock functions. The battery has no part in operating the ignition and driving the car. Hopefully, your problem might be as simple as a dead battery in the remote. A search on here or on YouTube will give you info on how the change the battery.
The trunk lock might respond to spray lubrication. To open the trunk, you have to push up firmly and turn the key. One way unlocks the trunk, turning the other way disables the remote function for the trunk (the "valet") feature.

counter-clockwise turn the key, then push it in (up) to unlock.
A lot of people here never got that right and then blamed the car.
Good luck!
