2005 S430 TPMS Receiver/Module

Hi Team,
I have a 2005 S430 that I picked up in Dec as a day to day car. I did the trans fluid filter/diffs/transfer case/oil/plugs/some bulbs/blower motor regulator/secondary air pump/welded a bracket for the airmatic pump. I am working to get this to showroom levels. (its a sickness I know). I do really enjoy this car so much that I have parked, covered and put fuel stabilizer in my other car I like this one so much.....

What I do have is a shot TPMS receiver module. I put in new tpms sensors and 4 new tires.
I ran some codes and saw that the module was inactive. I believe the car got a little wet from a clogged reed valve. (One of the first things I fixed when I got the car in Dec)
I changed out the blower regulator and noticed some signs that told me water got in, not alot, but just enough.
So this module is under the pass footwell (can someone confirm please).
My question is: is this plug and play, or do I need to take it to the stealer and have them program this. I got it out of another S430, same year that was in a crash.
See pic and thank you.

Do I need to get this programmed or is this a plug and play item. See pic and thanks.
