Fuel line stoppers - do yourself a giant favor
Next time you are changing a fuel filter or fuel pump, get some of these and choke off the line.

I was thinking I would use some common clips that of course worked poorly, and resorted to a drain pan to catch the fuel as I raced to put the filter in as soon as possible. There is something about being under a car in a garage where fuel is pouring out that can cause panic attacks even in a non-smoking household. Just the smell of you're about to die.
Mann filters have the direction to do so too. Don't like using vice grips in towels like ericthecarguy or honda level techs but I suppose it was better than what I did in snobbery hindsight.
Still smell like gas post-shower. Deskgusteng.
