This is your engine coolant reservoir. The leaks could indicate:
a) The overpressure relief filler cap is not relieving
b) The tank is overfilled
I don't like the colour of the fluid leak; is it the proper coolant, or have any additives been added?
you may want to do a complete flush and then use the proper G5 coolant.

The tank fitting-to- tank appears to be leaking--either about to break loose and blow out, or a tiny crack that will never fail. The risk is it failing at night in 'nowhere' and resulting in engine overheat and ruination of that $8500 (used) engine. Replace the tank and hoses if they are not still nice and pliable. Flushing the cooling system to remove the mineral deposits evident is in order and refilling with OEM APPROVED coolant. You would be astonished to see in action a 'slow-motion' of corrosion happening on stressed head bolts and other hot surfaces. Hard Parts are real 'spensive.' Good coolant and lube oils are CHEAP.
