s280, leaking injectors?

Hi guys

I have a year 2000 S280 petrol, 49k miles. Today I noticed a fuel smell in the cabin. I looked under the hood when I got to work, and noticed traces of white smoke coming from manifold, and wet drip marks. See photo, arrow is pointing to wet patch.

Does anyone have any idea what this problem could be?

Many thanks

Nick

I'm not familiar with your engine, so take this comment with a grain of salt..

I don't see any simple way for the wet stain to be fuel - I suspect that the stain is a very slight oil leak from the cam cover. You might need to look elsewhere for the fuel leak.
