Hi all, I am new to MBworld.org! Looking forward to learning and contributing.

I have a problem with my 06 S350 I thought someone might be able to help me with... Occasionally, while driving and needing to hit the brakes to come to a quick stop, my car will stall. When this happens the motor basically shakes, then dies and I loose power steering, brakes, etc and most of the lights come up on the dash. To recover, I turn the key to the off position, then turn the key to start the car and it fires right back up as if everything is normal. There are no check engine lights or any other indicators that a problem just occurred. Obviously this is quite the safety issue and I have no idea where to start on diagnosing / fixing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
