soo expensive yet so cheap!!!!
i had a client with a new s500, when i went outside i saw his new benz. I told him nice car, and i'm sorry that i did. This guy started to complain about the car like there is no tomorow...
He complained about the electronic of the car and noises in the engine.
when i had my s 500 there no probplems at all just once ina while i would get bouncing window thats all
now could his car been a lemon?
how would you dertemine if a car is a lemon??
i felt soo bad when this guys said im driving 80 thousand dollar piece of junk

lets say if a car is a lemon does dealer provide you witha brand new one
meaning do they replace it?

THere is no even swap from my understanding of it. I believe u will get a better rate by the dealer by back but getting it to that point may not be as simple as I make it sound.
You might want to contact user KwiK because he just went through a lemon buy back with his E... he will be able to give more details...
