headlight projector housing

the previous owner of my car for some reason flipped the projector housing upside down and i cant figure out how to get the adjustment screws to let go of it so i can spin it back around. the little v line that is supposed to cover the light from other drivers is pointed at the ground so its protecting the ground right in front of my front bumper from being blinded ive been messing with it for 3 hours and cant find anyone with this problem please help

Update.
He flipped it because he blacked out the housing i can tell that theyre spray painted and he didnt realize that the projector line is flipped inside the lens so the way he put it back wrong is after he baked and opend the headlight is there anyway do back these screws out or do i have to bake and open them again
