Can't remove key

Can't remove key
Help, I'm sure is in here somewhere, and probably did something wrong. Got a code reader, read codes, misfire and moisture somewhere. erased codes. Looked around on code reader and exited. Key will not come out of ignition. What else might I have damaged and how do I get my key out? 2000 S430 W220

Well I took her out for a TEST drive, mashed on her a bit, runs smooth and the key comes out.
All is well.

I am so glad your car decided to continue working with you. I sometimes think MERLIN the Magician lives in these electronic nests. My 2001 s-600 did the same thing a few days ago----pulled up and stopped to go inside and eat. Passengers got out first and as I opened my door and reached to take the key out---it would not ture loose!!!
I cycled the key back to the RUN position and tried again several times. Then I closed my door, took some deep breaths, and opened my door and The Key Came Out !!! Been fine since. Perhaps it was a burst of cosmic particles shooting through us
