Cylinder 1 misfire at WOT

Cylinder 1 misfire at WOT
Hey guys. I've got a 2005 s55 AMG that's just about to hit 100k miles (99900). I've looked all over the forum and I can't seem to find a solid answer on this. At WOT the last few days I've had a cylinder misfire on just the first cylinder. It pulls all the way through 1st and 2nd gear then shifts into third and loses all power and starts missing. After it throws the code the car stumbles terribly until it gets restarted. (For the record I tested the code and it is a P0301 cylinder 1 misfire detected code). I was thinking about switching the coil pack around and seeing if the error follows but I'm not sure what else to do. About a month ago it had a fuel injector go out so I've been using fuel injector cleaners fairly regularly (monthly-ish). Just last week I put in chevron techron fuel cleaner with 8 gallons of shell v-power 91 octane. Lemme know if you guys have any ideas!

Its the MaxiScan MS509.
Update: I just recreated the scenario of when it happened the first time and this time the misfire was on cylinders 1 and 4 as well as a random cylinder misfire error. It also was stumbling harder than ever. Codes were P0301, P0304, P0300

That doesn't cut it!
You need SDS to read the full lower level codes, such as TWCDAMAGE, which means the ECU shuts down deliberately the cylinders to protect the cats.
O2 sensors look at them.

We have some friends over at the Benz dealer so we usually just use this cheap one to see the basic idea and then have them stick it on the star system to see the whole issue. What would be a more comprehensive code reader that won't cost me an arm and a leg?

And that makes sense because I've been getting P0422 Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 and P0432 (Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2) codes that will come on every 50-100 miles ish.
