hydraulic suspension burst

hydraulic suspension burst
my hydraulic suspension busted a leak and spread oil all over the place. I removed the lower and upper plastics. looks like murder down there. I can't locate the source of the leak. Any suggestions? Do I have to remove the whole front end to figure this out? If so, I can't find instructions. Has someone posted them?

OK. thanks for the suggestion. way easier than taking half the car apart.
quick question; can I turn it on while the car is up on jack stands and the wheels are unsupported? I'm afraid of blowing out the struts.

Yes you can .
In fact that’s what you have to do to bleed The system when you refill it after you fix it- raise front wheels , turn car on and turn steering wheel to full lock each way 30 times to get all the air out
