Is it possible to install an aftermarket SIRIUS to a 2004 W220 S-Class 430??

Is it possible to install an aftermarket SIRIUS to a 2004 W220 S-Class 430??
The factory one cost way too much and the antenna is a huge bulge that sticks out of the trunk.

You can get a different antenna that dosen't stick out of the trunk.
It goes on the dash.
Its an aftermarket atenna that works with the XM system.
