2005 W220 under engine splash sheild belly pan
I have had this car a couple years now. Recently the fuse for the airmatic blew (the temp dropped to freezing at night here in Northern CA) so I went ahead and refurbished the pump with bagpiningandy.com kit.
It works great now. When I was doing that I realized that if the car had splash shield (belly pan or engine guard cover whatever they are called) it may provide another degree of insulation and protection. So I went on ebay and ordered them. I got what's pictured. My car is 2005 S500 RWD. I have no clue how to put these on. I don't even know if they are right. I tried lining them up with the holes in the bumper/ other places etc, they just don't align. Can someone who has a facelift W220 give me a direction. Just a quick couple pictures of your splash shield may be all that I need. Thanks for your help. Top one was called center and the bottom two were termed L and R.
