Hello all, hope all is well. first post here so if I'm wrong please guide me right. I have a 2006 S500 from Germany, I have a trunk auto open and close (not soft close). I got a new Hydraulic pump and connected it and got nothing. I was told it had to be programed so I went to the dealer and was told it would be $175 to program but they said they doubt if it was a program issue but wanted to charge me $275 to diagnose what it might be and I was thinking I should check here to see what I should do. I used a tester and see that there is no power to the pump and thought it might be a fuse, so I checked the fuses (in the rear passenger footwell) and found things were good. I can use any and all help for you guys as to what I should try before going back to the dealer. Thanks in advance for all help in this matter. and hope to hear and see some HELP!!
