This Atlanta Area CraigsList ad offers two "new" (not rebuilt) Arnott front W220 struts for $125 each. No relationship, no personal knowledge...

Vehicle airlines are cut on the struts… so they likely were installed for some period of time and used.

But for $250, that’s worth a gamble.
