Passenger side cup holder

I was looking for the mounting hole for the cupholder but couldnt find it, is it possible i dont have it?

mine is 03
dont see the mounting hole anywhere, can you post a picture of what it looks like?

There is a snap-on cover over the hole. If you don't have the hole or the cover, you don't have the option.

would i be able to buy the part? like buy the compartment under the seat with the mount for it?

You would need to check with Mercedes to see if the parts (base, cover and cup at least) are still available. Many trim parts aren't after nineteen years...
