Hello guys, I'm new to this website. I have a 2002 Mercedes Benz s500. I gots an issue and hope someone can help me. My car overheated and noticed it sprayed oil all over engine bay. After checking where It came from I'm determined it came out from dip stick. There is no other area. Once I removed spark plug boots, noticed some had melted in heads. Its a pain in the *** to get out. Some spark plugs had moisture, and my oil was black and smelled burnt. I changed it about 2k miles ago so I know it was still goldish. Found coolant leak (plastic hose on fire wall for heater) replaced and added water instead of coolant just to make sure once I start it it wouldn't leak. Doesn't leak no more. But now when I add water its not leaking under car but noticed dipstick oil rising. Car cranks but doesn't start. It's got new spark plugs, wires and coils. I don't know what else it can be. Hope the engine isn't done. Only has 130K miles.

Yes you need a new motor . At a minimum the head gaskets blew which is why the water is going into the oil , and you have insufficient compression to run .
it Makes no sense to invest in a head gasket job when there may be additional damage , and it’s cheaper to swap in a good used engine

This is what I'm afraid to hear.
I just can't understand how when I put water into reservoir it goes straight into the oil pan, with out turning key. Cars been sitting for 3 weeks now.

When you overheated it, it got very, very hot. You must have run it for a while in the red. You warped a head and as a result, there is a direct path between coolant passage and oil sump.
A mild overheat - and it might have been OK. But this was an egregious overheat - run while overheated.
The engine is toast.

Thanks for the feedback. Today I did a coolant pressure test and with all the spark plugs out I noticed I have almost no pressure at all, and the coolant when pressurized comes out from cylinder 5 only. Can there be something else causing this? water pump? Ive been trying to look for a diagram of how the coolant flows through engine. Question, if I add water to cylinder 5, will it leak down to oil pan?
