Electric fuel cap wont open on s class 500e. Anyone help please?

No such thing as an electric fuel cap

if you mean the fuel door won’t unlock use a plastic pry tool

just open the trunk, get access to the fuel door mechanism above the battery, and release the door.
Then troubleshoot.
