Went for a test-drive of the E55 today since I was highly interested in the car, but it just didn't seem what I expected. Performance was astonishing, as compared to a SL/CL/S 55, but never really liked the E-class.

To make long story short, I ended up buying a S430. Why not 500? 0.7 Liters saved on a daily drive, why not!

Tomorrow the windows are getting tinted, and a few other goodies. Will post pics soon if anyone interested.

BTW, the car is Black/Black. Fully loaded, premium steering wheel, etc.

BTW, E55 and S55 are not much of a difference... E55 is a bit more agile, but that's it... You won't feel any difference in acceleration though... The only thing that makes you think that E55 is quicker because of its smaller size and stiffer suspension...
