Lateral acceleration sensor, other ESP and ABC problems…

Lateral acceleration sensor, other ESP and ABC problems…
Hello all,
A few weeks ago I picked up an 04 S55 AMG, 108k miles. Pretty decent shape but needed some work. After getting the car almost completely sorted, there’s a few things left that need to be addressed but I need a bit of help. I’m getting the following codes:
ABC module
C1125 B24/12 Lateral Acceleration Sensor
ESP module
undefined codes 5120, 5142
Upon further research I found that code 5120 is for the left rear speed sensor connection. 5142 is for BAS brake travel sensor. The two ESP codes do not cause me to lose ESP, ABS, or BAS, as all of the lights do not illuminate, but the ESP warning does come up in the cluster screen. The ABC problem however is what causes more issues. A red ABC light is intermittent. When the ABC light is on, the ESP light is on. If the ABC light is off, the ESP warning will go away once I start driving. The ESP is always present on startup, but only stays on if I have the red ABC light. I’m assuming the lateral acceleration sensor mentioned before needs to be replaced, but I’m having trouble finding the part number. Can anyone provide me with a part number/location for that sensor? Also, any other advice would be appreciated. Am I headed in the right direction with replacing that sensor?
