Looking at a 2004 W220 tomorrow. It was purchased at Manheim for the seller by his friend (a dealer), and not driven at all since it was purchased at auction. Guy 'said' he decided to go with a newer vehicle and knows practically nothing about the vehicle, and for certain hasn't invested anything. Taking it for a PPI tomorrow.
Motivated seller, Trying to figure out how much room he has. He is technically a private party, but since he hasn't really owned it and does not know the car at all, there is no reason he should get full private party value. I am not averse to reconditioning the vehicle myself.
