Question W220 320 engine misfire

hey guys wondering if any of you guys had a misfire issue on the 320 e32 engine. If so what was the problem and what was your fix?
also wondering what kind of power modification is there and is a ecu map and tune going to be worth it. Thanks in advance and happy driving!

no ecu maps for non amg ..

but why not use the built in sport and winter features?

the straight 6s are easier to work on than a v8, but the 8 is where you want the power to be. much easier to do a ignition tune up on a 6, diy friendly

also to answer your main question, I would highly recommend replacing the spark plugs, ignition wires. and whatever else ignition components that are part of a routine "tune up," should be a great place to start if its not fuel related. there are 2 plugs per cylinder on the 6 cylinder also I believe
