Mercedes S class W220 2004 Model central locking vacuum pump issues
The rear o/s door lock doesn’t lock/open..but randomly does if I mess about with switches,
the boot trunk doesn’t open via remote nor internal switch except using the manual key..although I can hear the rear trunk locking mechanisms working and the little push down handle pops in an out ok.
Can also hear noises in around the not working rear o/s door locking plunger as I operate the internal trunk switch!
Could it be messed up hoses on pump.
Any members can throw some light as to correctly line up the yellow hoses to the correct corresponding positions would be really appreciated.
Thanks

I put a different PSE pump in my car and it also make things go array.
At a minimum you need a scanner to see what the pump is saying, error code (doesnt work if you pop the 30 amp fuse in the process) and also testing each circuit to see whats up
there may be a dealer component to time it correctly if all else does not work.
foxwell nt 520/30 (MB VERSION) scanner can read the pse module, its like a compass but itll help you get back on the road in MOST cases
only issue is rear trunk not opening and o/s rear door the same.
Everthing else is working
Thanks
