Is this possible?

Would it be possible to put a custom sound system in an s class then wire it throught the command system? So the command controls the system and amps?

Don't even think about it. The fibre optic system that the stereo is controlled by also hadles everything else in car (engine, safety sensors, brake lights, etc.)

Errr my sound system is controlled by COMAND.

I have a JL Audio amps, MB Quart speakers, and 2 12" eclipse subs.

They bypass the bose amps, but they still use a function of it. I don't remember what my sound guy said. But it can be done and it works very well. Make sure you have a shop that knows what they're doing. Don't go to Best Buy or Circuit City. It pays to shop around.
