w220 sunroof seal options?

w220 sunroof seal options?
For kick and giggles looked up a seal for the sunroof/moonroof for the w220. Shocked to see they are listing anywhere from just under 100 to over 180. That effing crazy! For a little piece of rubber gasket? Here is what is salt in the wound.....looks like the seal for the w221 is around 35ish dollars! This is just craziness.
So has the community figured out any alternatives? Other similar model years like CL, CLS, ML, GL with sunroof able to be used? It appears they all have the same size sunroof/moonroof. Looked with part number 2207800198 which showed only S-class fitment models. Suspect there is something else out there not so insanely priced.
Or maybe i was using the wrong part number? Would be helpful to find a better option(s) than what is currently presented. Even 30 for a gasket/seal is a bit much, but way better than what i am finding now. If anybody has figured out alternatives lets hear em.
