2005 S430 Menus not available

I have had a 2005 S430 4Matic for about 15 years and in the past I could access the menus but now I can't. I have two "alarms" - SRS and tire pressure, both of which have been on since I bought the car used and I was able to access the menus up until about five years ago. (The SRS is the passenger "baby seat" sensor and the tire pressure was because I eliminated the TPIs). Also, periodically the country/time display defaults to Germany, agravating but I can reset that. No matter how I press the buttons on the steering wheel I get no menus. Other than that the car is in excellent condition but it would be nice to monitor things like oil level or pressure, etc.

Do the other functions of the buttons still work?

There are some fuses that power dash functions in the "hidden" fuse box inside the right end of the dash.

You need someone with an SDS system to code out the TPMMS monitor system, and you need a seat occupancy emulator to get rid of that error. Once you clear those errors, your display should work correctly.
