My wiper has trouble returning to the home position, and I'll often have to click it on/off several times.

Anyone else have this issue and know a possible solution and/or where this problem might be?

The wiper doesn't quite descend to the line on the windshield, so that might be the problem, but before I take everything apart I'd like input on this.
