do I need an Alarm?

Basically I'll be getting 19" AMG's. I'll use wheel locks for all lugs

do I need to get an alarm? I notice that the key is basically a transponder. Will simple car theives be able to steal the car?

I know if there is a professional car thieve that want to steal a car they will be able to get thru any car and alarm system. Thats not really my concern for I am insured.

The car does come with a alarm system, including tilt sensors. So if thieves were to jack up the car to get the wheels off, it should trigger the sensor and set the alarm off.

Thats good to know.

Yes I saw Gone in 60 seconds.. I asked because if a Pro steals it. it will be gone to another county. Insurance will cover it. but If some simply thief take if for a joy ride and remove this and that from the car and I get the car back. I would hate that.

if someone takes your car for a joyride and when you get it back there is stuff missing where did you get the idea from that your insurance will not pay for the missing things....lets say your car is missing you report to the police and they locate the vehicle in one hour or 1 month and there is stuff missing inside your insurance will pay for the stuff missing inside the vehicle...and yea only if they get their hands on your keys so keep them away from your kids i know i do i can for one trust my kids 100% but can i definately trust their friends you tell me ;-)
